Who we are and why you should doubt us

We are a small independent team reviewing consumer tech. Here is exactly how we work, what we earn and where our conflicts of interest are.

Our method

Testing only matters if it is repeatable. Every category has a fixed bench: the same room, the same ambient conditions, the same workload, and a sample size we publish alongside the result. When we cannot control a variable, we say so rather than quietly rounding it away.

Fixed test bench

Conditions are documented per category and do not change between reviews without a note.

Published scoring weights

You can see how much battery, build or price contributed to a score, and disagree with the weighting.

Funding disclosed

Affiliate commission funds the testing. It never buys placement, and no brand sees a review before publication.

Dated corrections

Errors get fixed on the page with a visible dated note, never a silent edit.
